Stephen Hall National Lead, Customer Experience and Digital Government for SMS Management & Technology Stephen Hall is a leading Canberra-based Digital Strategist and Customer Experience practitioner. Currently the National Lead for Customer Experience and Digital Government for SMS Management & Technology, Stephen has more than 25 years experience in management and technology roles in Australia, Europe and the USA. Since 1997 Stephen’s primary focus has been on helping Australian government organisations to use digital technologies and practices to improve existing services, develop new services and increase efficiency. This has taken him on a fascinating journey through subject areas as diverse as Aboriginal health, university and vocational education, taxation, pharmaceuticals and aged care. He has also worked on whole-of-government initiatives for the NSW and ACT governments, and has recently advised on digital strategy at local government level.
